My Website

I enjoyed my website it was a fun undertaking. I would rate this project a 8 for myself because i didnt really plan ahead but i liked the end result. If there was something i couldve done differently it was getting dimensions of my background better to the fit the website. the hardest part of this website was making the different hover over in flash. It wasnt that difficult but it was tricky. The project was really fun i got to get creative in whatever way i wanted which i really enjoyed

The movie I scored

This project was brought on me very unexpectedly, my friend haleigh asked me if i would score her movie the day it needed to be done this took shorter than i thought it would. I am somewhat proud of the work i did but i made a few screw ups but it was good considering i wrote it on the spot and when the movie was uploaded the audio somehow got shifted over a second or two. I liked this project because its exactly what i love and plan to do for a living. I would give myself a 6 however due to the amount of time i had and the audio being displaced on the film.

During this project I was meant to learn how to create multiple special effects and objects that reflect light onto other objects. ive had to use quick masks which annoyed me because of all the steps. yes the tutrorial turned out exactly how i thought it would. im ost proud of my attempt at the tutorial i didnt like the picture i choose myself. i would rate this projct a 7.632 because it allowed for some creativity but not that much. this class is going well for me in general because its my last project and am happy to be done

My Animation

This project took a lot less time than I expected, I took a simple idea and put it to work. I would give my self a 6 on creativity because it wasn't a very creative project because I just made shapes change and an explosion. The thing I liked most about this project was being able to put an idea into action and see it play out before your eyes. I learned a lot during this project I feel that if I wanted to make an animation by myself it would be really easy. I give this project a 8 as a review because it makes you learn about a lot of the things you can do with animation and not just the easiest.

Colors and Textures

What im most proud of in this project was how i made designs which gave a feeling of the emotion i was trying to portray. on a scale of one to ten i would give myself a 7 because i couldve spent more time on this project but i kind of rushed through it. This project didnt take as long as id suspect i finished faster than i would have liked but i still feel good about what i did on it. My favorite part of this project was picking a design that would explain the word im describing. Im most proud of the colors that i picked describe the word comfortable.

 

The project turned out just like i thought it would because i think the design is frightening. if i could do this project again i would pick different colors and a different design to better show the emotion the word means. i would rate my creativity on this blog a 7 because the design and font i picked looks pretty frightening. my favorite aspect of this project was making the design with fireworks. no part of this project took longer than i thought it would.

There was nothing that was unexpected that came from this project everything was pretty simple. the font i choose spoke alot towards towards the feeling of the word. on a scale of one to ten  would rate this project a seven because it teaches you how to use a useful program and how to express a feeling through art and design. this project did not take longer than expected everything was pretty simple and fast. i would rate my creativity on this project about a 7 because i didnt have much to work with and i feel i did a good job with what i had. 

Communicating Through Design

During this unit i was meant to learn how to communicate effectively through design. This project did turn out like i thought it would, i thought it would be simple and just need to think about what to do. If i had to do it again i would make crazier designs and think through the designs a little more. I'm most proud of the bold square it shows boldness very well from my point of view. My favorite parts of this project were coming up with ideas to use and to describe the words well. I would give myself an 8 on this project because i feel i was very creative and the designs speak to the words well.

Flip Book

How to draw a paced animation that would look good at a fast speed when animated. Something that was unexpected was it was easier than i thought, I finished in one day. What I would do different next time is create a better idea for my animation. I am most proud of the explosion at the end. I would rate my creativity on this project a 6 because i like the way he runs around and gets blown up.
